Born in Sweden 1946. Moved to Wisconsin, USA in 2001.
It was time for a change in life. The life had come to a standstill

When I first came here I worked as a Chef for a year.
Then I took my art on the road only to discover that I couldn't live on clean air, beautiful scenery and art shows alone - I actually had to work. So, I went back to the kitchen and opened up my third pizza parlor, my first in USA. You can read some guest comments here.

After have had the restaurant running during four years, I have now changed the opening hours to Fridays & Saturdays only 4 pm - 9 pm. However, the restaurant is closed August 22, 23 and Saturday Aug. 30

Become an Independent Pizza Operator and have your own restaurant. I can teach
you what you need to know. Go your own way and later say like this guy in Naperville / Chicago said. "I wish I had known you before I tried to do it myself".
